Terms of Service for fatGPT

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing and using the fatGPT app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App​

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Permissible Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

3. Subscription and Payment​

  • Fees: Access to certain features of the App may require payment of fees.
  • Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis and are non-refundable.
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify us before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.

4. Intellectual Property​

  • Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of fatGPT.
  • Restrictions: Copying, redistributing, or selling any part of the App or its content is not permitted without our explicit permission.

5. User Content​

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimers​

  • Health Disclaimer: The App provides weight loss management and information applications and is not a medical organization. You should consult your healthcare provider before starting any weight loss program.
  • No Warranty: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall fatGPT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
