How to install and use​

  • Install from the Mac App Store
  • Launch the app
    • The app will live in your menu bar in the top right corner of your screen
  • Open the app and login with your fatGPT email and password
    • You only need to do this once
  • Allow the app to send notifications
    • The app will remind you to log your meals daily
  • Log your meals
  • View your feedback and nutrition report any time on the fatGPT website
